What to include
Something is broken
Tell us which tool, which browser, and what the file was like — size, format, roughly what it contained. Most bugs depend on the specific file, so that detail is what makes them fixable.
Request a tool
If there is something you keep going elsewhere for, we would like to know. Tools that can run entirely in the browser are the ones we can realistically add.
Security or privacy
If you believe something on the site behaves differently from what the privacy policy describes, please report it. We would rather hear it from you than not know.
Please do not send us your files
The entire point of this site is that your documents never reach us, and we would rather keep it that way. If a tool is failing on a particular file, describe it rather than attaching it — and if you can reproduce the problem with a file that is not sensitive, that is ideal.
